I do watch the biggest loser , but I think it is not realistic. Do these people have real jobs like most of us in the real world. Any one can lose weigh on a ranch where you can work out 24-7 and have the right food given to you. That is not the real world. My son who is 26 weights about 350 pounds and there is no way he could go somewhere like that. Who would pay his bills. Are there people getting paid to do this? Most people work 8 hour or more a day, have a family to raise and can not work out like they do.
